It expanded the scope of the multi-axis hinge-dimensional rod systems with closed kinematic chains in the processing and preparation of new materials and products used in their cars and machine tools, chemical, construction and energy sectors, namely: - equipment for assembly, welding and painting techniques; - technology manufacturing tubular thick long products of complex internal profile treatment by hydrostatic pressure on the moving smooth mandrel in high hydrostatic pressure environment; - technology for general-purpose coatings composite powders that are used in the form of mechanical mixtures of metal and ceramic, or in the form of powder alloys. Theoretical and experimental research on new configurations of machines with mechanisms of parallel structure, their main components and mechanisms, operating and auxiliary movements. A mathematical model, which is a common position describes the structure and behavior of solids, liquids and solids in a variety of settings that allows to predict the behavior of the media in general for a wide range of influencing factors: the physical properties of the bulk material and the gaseous medium, the working body geometry, vibration parameters, phases of the interaction between themselves and with the surfaces. Based on these studies, a prototype piece of equipment with hinged-rod manipulators for machining and work with bulk and fluids. The approach of constructing dynamic response on a set of predetermined complex technological processing conditions as the cutting and other methods for targeted design layouts equipment with MPS. With the help of the developed program "ToolsApp" defined vibrovelocity, vibroacceleration, natural frequencies and damping coefficients of numerical values and dynamic features with MPS equipment in operation with cyclic vibration loads.
