Factors existing and potential environmental threats to the population and biota in the study area were analysed. Evaluation of cytotoxicity and klastogenicity ofedaphic and hydrological factors complex using Allium cepa-test were performed; mutagenicity of environment in Ames test and test for dominant lethal mutations of Drosophila melanogaster Mg were defined.The complex of bio-research testing of soil and surface water using as a test objects thale cress (Lepidium sativum), white mustard (Sinapis alba) were founded and conducted.Description of floristic composition and ecological structure of plant communities on the slopes of Dombrowski quarry and landfill disposal of chemical production toxic waste were implemented. Natural succession processes of plant cover were analysed. Recommendations for optimizing environmental and minimizing of environmental and nosology risks were developed.
