The effect of the memory of warm profile and supply pulse parameters in silicon structures with dielectric isolation was found and studied. The features of the potential distribution in ITO films on different subtracts caused by Joule heating were studied. The features of the noise physical nature at the light amplification by stimulated Raman scattering and nonlinearity of photon-phonon interaction in fiber-optic systems are clarified. The general matrix model of birefringent longitudinally inhomogeneous medium with helical structure has been developed. Thin ferrofluid layer optical transmission has been investigated at different optical radiation wavelengths. One was shown that time interval corresponding to the optical transmission minimum is proportional to the laser wavelength, which can be explained by Mie-like optical extinction on the ferrofluid aggregates and its dependence on the columnar aggregates' diameter. Hence, the simple experimental approach is proposed to measure and control the ferrofluid aggregates diameter in submicron spatial dimension ranges. Particularly, this approach could be used for a creation of the composite nanomaterials consisting of polymer material and magnetic nanoparticles with controlled parameters.
