The video sequence is composed of grayscale images obtained from a fixed camera with a lens with a fixed focal length. Subject of study. Methods and algorithms for selection, classification, identification and tracking of targets in the images video sequence. Objective. Creating video analysis system for allocating and tracking of targets. Methods: graph theory, elements of set theory, methods of digital image processing and digital transformations of two-dimensional data for the transformation of the input image and rapid calculation of convolutions, statistical treatment of experimental data, image recognition methods, methods of optical flow. A set of procedures for the isolation and tracking targets in the video sequences, which are combined in solutions for intelligent video surveillance tasks. The proposed solution has allowed to combine the procedures of isolation and tracking of objects that allowed to carry the tracker adaptation to changes in the shape, appearance and size of the tracked objects, increase the stability of retention of the tracker object. I got a development method for isolating moving objects through the use of presentation of images and video sequences of a plurality of structural elements, which allowed to consider the allocation and tracking of objects as a problem of allocation of respective subsets of the structural elements.
