The calculation is performed for the case of positron annihilation with K-electron and subsequent emission of the K, L, M or N- atomic shell of another s- electron. It is shown that the dominant process is the ejection of another electron K shell. Decreasing the probability of the process with the participation of the shell electron with the quantum number n is largely determined by the (1 / n)^3 factor. The measurements were determined peak area gamma -rays that accompany the decay of nuclei 116^In^m1 which were created as a result of (n, gamma) - reactions to the neutron flux created by the annihilation of positrons with atomic electrons for 9Be for two geometries of the experiment. It is shown that the peak area of gamma - rays 116^In^m1 activity in geometry without lead plates when the open channels (gamma descrete, n) + (gamma +, n), much higher than the peak area of gamma -rays in with lead plates geometry when open the channels (gamma descrete , n) + (gamma bremm, n).
