Its influence on the probability of knocking out the second electron from the K - shell at positron annihilation also were investigated. It is shown that the probability of beta + - decay of nuclei decreases approximately twice. Influence of the Coulomb field on the wave function of the atom the electron reduces the probability of the process. The calculation with the Green's function in the Coulomb field leads to a small increase of the probability of this process. Taking into account the both effects gives slightly increases the probability. The role of the Coulomb field is essential for the calculation of absolute values of probability processes and for the calculation of their rations. The count rate of neutrons at positron - electron annihilation in 9Be for two geometries of the experiment were determined. The count rate of neutrons in geometry without lead plates when the open channels (gamma descrete, n) + (beta +, n) greatly exceeds the count rate of neutrons in geometry with lead plates when the open channels (gamma descrete, n) + (gamma bremm, n) .
