The main results of the works consist in the following. A generalization of the classical Lipschitz condition, which allows us to consider nonlinear differential equations with discontinuous right-hand sides, is proposed. For amplitude-frequency characteristics of autonomous equations of any order, which meet the above condition, the exact upper limits are found, and systems are indicated in which they are achieved. New constructive schemes of electrodynamic transport system are developed. For them rational values of their main parameters providing stability of levitation movement on linear and curvilinear sites of a way and acceleration of a body, providing passengers comfort and burthen safety are chosen. The mathematical model of the dielectric barrier discharge is developed and numerically realized at work of plasma actuator in the continuous viscous environment. Complex investigations of mechanical properties of lead alloys of chemical power sources are carried out. This storage batteries belong to new generation of chemical power sources and are capable to work in the conditions of active mechanical impacts - vibrations and accelerations that have improved stability characteristics and durability of storage batteries and to provide their competitiveness in the domestic and foreign markets.
