Changes in performance antioxidant system and antiviral immunity in the treatment of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis using hepatoprotectors were mixed. The average values of the factor of antioxidant system increased after treatment with (1433,1 ± 215,6) to (1649,1 ± 302,6) standard units; but remained low in 40% of patients. There is an increasing of titers of antibodies to the Epstein-Barr virus (anti-EBV EA IgG) in 43.3% of the average of (4,91 ± 0,62) to (6,73 ± 1,35). Hepatoprotectors efficiency in treating nonalcoholic steatohepatitis associated with herpes virus infection was different. When using drugs there was normalization of factor amino acids EPA (2975 ± 100,3) standard units. When using drugs of roztoropsha remained low rate of the factor AOS (666,3 ± 70,5) standard units.
