We examined 40 liquidators of the Chernobyl accident with chronic nonspecific lung diseases in the remote period after the disaster, and a 10 persons of comparison group, patients with chronic nonspecific bronchopulmonary disease without formed nosological form in bronchopulmonary disorders. The inclusion-exclusion criteria of the study were developed and observation groups were formed from the participants of liquidation of consequences of the Chernobyl accident, standardized to nosology forms of bronchopulmonary diseases, age, date of participation in the liquidation of consequences of the Chernobyl nuclear accident, radiation dose. Were created the questionnaire, according to the objectives of the study. The flow of COPD in the affected by the Chernobyl disaster group was accompanied by a significantly greater number of related diseases compared with nosology control. The results bodipletyzmografy in patients with COPD, the liquidators of the Chernobyl accident, there is a significant violation of the lung volumes ratio due to significant increase in residual volume and total lung capacity compared with the nosology control. Decreasing the number of CD3+ T cells, mainly by CD8+ subpopulation, while the number of CD4 + cells were significantly higher, compared with the control group, lower cytotoxic CD3+16+56+ T-lymphocytes, increase CD3-16+56+ increase CD 3-19+ B lymphocytes Is noted.
