Research methods: clinical , radiographic, ultrasonographic, biochemical, immunogistochemical, statistics . Results and novelty .The examination of patients with abnormal breast affected by the Chernobyl accident and living in contaminated areas, detected that in patients with benign neoplasms structure changes in thyroid gland diagnosed in 68,96%.Changes indicators functional activity TG in 31,03%. On the border normal indicaters functional activity was in 34,48%. Elevated levels indicators reproductive panel in patients with benign neoplasms of the breast, detected in 34,46%. Elevated level estradiol in 6,89%, progesteron in 3,44%, prolactin in 24,13%. Else in 10,34% numerous indicators prolactin was on high the border normal. In all patients with benign neoplasms of the breast detected estrogen and progesteron receptor different level expression. High level expression estrogen receptor detected in 62,5% patients. Structure changes in thyroid gland in patients with expression estrogen and progesteron receptor detected in 56,25%. Index activity proliferation cell - Ki - 67 in 76,92% patients was on level 1-5%, in 23,07% patients on level - 10 -30%, in 7,69% patients on level 40%.
