The obtained results allowed to develop diagnostic algorithm for patients with functioning and non-functioning pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors. The features of morphological diagnosis and differential diagnosis of pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors were defined. The treatment tactics were developed and its effectiveness was proven in the management of patients with pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors using an individualized approach, using advanced mini-invasive and standard surgery approaches. Developed, implemented and evaluated the effectiveness of laparoscopic surgery and organ-sparing procedures in patients with pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors. Methods of surgical treatment of locally advanced, metastatic and recurrent forms of pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors were implemented.
