Vlokh of Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine popup.description2 In result of technological and experimental studies of chalcogenides family crystals (Tl3AsS4, Tl3AsSe3, TlInS2, AgGaGe3Se8, AgGaGeS4 and AgCd2GaS4) the growth technology was developed, high-quality single crystals were grown and acoustic, elastic, thermomechanical, magnetic, electro - and acousto-optic properties of these crystalline compounds were studied. It was shown that these crystals have extremely high acoustooptical quality coefficients and can be used as effective acoustooptic materials, especially for IR spectrum.
