This test is an effective tool to improve the quality control of contamination of feed and feed raw materials in the early stages and in all critical points in the process chain, integrated in the HACCP system. There are designed 26 oligonucleotide sequences komplimentation to genes which encode enzymes of the biosynthesis of aflatoxins. In the future, based on them can be established screening method for determination of genetic material of the genus Aspergillus toxigenic fungi in feed.
