International experience of implementation and impact of the prevention strategies on the state of population health were analyzed. Lifestyles and ways of improving of NCD prevention and healthy lifestyle (HLS) formation of future doctors were investigated. Theoretical knowledge and practical skills of graduates of higher medical universities of III-IV accreditation level, doctors-interns and doctors of primary health care about NCD prevention had been studied. Authors developed the functional-organizational model of NCD prevention and formation of healthy lifestyle, the monitoring model of its implementation and the organizational technology of prevention of NCD in primary health care facilities. Functional-structural model of introduction of prevention on the principles of evidence-based medicine in practical healthcare, training and methodological support of cycle of thematic improvement for primary care physicians on the prevention NCD risk factors had been developed.
