Methods: DNA extraction, PCR, microsatellite analysis, agarose and polyacrylamide gels, statistical analysis. The technology of identifying alleles of hybrid necrosis genes Ne1 and Ne2 in wheat varieties of bread and durum using molecular genetic markers Xbarc74-5DL, Xbarc55-2BS that Xgwm148-2B linked to genes of hybrid necrosis was developed. Molecular marker Xgwm148-2B to identify alleles Ne2w, Ne2wm and Ne2ms was discovered. Alleles locus Xbarc74-5DL, linked with the genome of hybrid necrosis Ne1, in 161 genotypes of bread wheat varieties of different geographical origin was identified. Alleles locus Xbarc55-2BS, linked with the genome of hybrid necrosis Ne2, in 290 genotypes of bread wheat varieties of different geographical origin was identified. Database allelic characteristics of wheat varieties of bread and durum by the genes of hybrid necrosis Ne1 and Ne2 was created. According to the results of the work developed methodical recommendations "Identification alleles of hybrid necrosis genes Ne1 and Ne2 in wheat varieties of bread and durum" and the application for a patent for the invention "Method of identifying alleles of hybrid necrosis genes Ne1 and Ne2".
