On the basis of the methods of discrete mathematics and computational geometry we developed a method of forming the optimal topology of the CSE, which takes into account an arbitrary system of restrictions on the admissible portions of trails laying electric lines, the installation of seats and TP load range. With the use of a genetic algorithm, developed a method for determining the optimum installation locations compensatory plants (CHP) in the nodes of the EPS network, taking into account the EP mode, and operation of the reactive power regulator KU. Implemented software implementation of the developed methods of synthesis of SE in the form of a prototype intelligent design (ISP). These research results have practical value for the electrical industry design departments agencies and relevant institutions. Created ISP technology will significantly improve the automated synthesis of SE general purpose in the early stages of design, designers increase productivity and improve the quality of undergraduate and master's qualification work in higher educational institutions of the corresponding directions.
