The methods and implementation processes of nanoparticles in the new materials for Sn-based lead-free solders were proposed. Experimental samples of nanopowder materials for lead-free solders with metallic and non-metallic nanoparticles were developed; improved technological conditions for solder production for electronic manufacturing units of military technology and microelectronics were proposed.
