Measurements for obtaining experimental data of elastic and inelastic scattering 14,15N + 11B was carried out using a new experimental setup ICARE Warsaw cyclotron U-200P. Obtained by processing the data the differential cross sections of elastic and inelastic scattering nuclei 15N + 11B were analyzed by the couple reaction method that allowed to obtain information about nuclear structure and reaction mechanisms. For the first time the energy dependence of the interaction potentials 12C + 16,18O, 12C + 12,13C, 12C + 14N, 9Be + 12C, 6,7Li + 12C, 6,7Li + 16O and other pairs of nuclei with mass 4 <A <20 including the dispersion relations were obtained.
