The minimum height of interaction energy barrier of two nuclei is studied in details. The takin quadrupole, octupole and hexadecapole surface deformations of both nuclei are taking into account. Interaction energy for the systems of two nuclei is calculated for the deformation of surface of multipolarity l = 2,3,4. It was shown that for the symmetric systems the minimum height of barrier is observed for the deformed nuclei, the values of these deformations are obtained.
