Interaction energy for the systems of two nuclei was for this purpose calculated with deformation of surface of multipolarity l = 2,3,4. It was demonstrated that for the symmetric and asymmetric systems a difference between the barrier height for spherical and deformed nuclei increases with the increasing of mass and charge of nuclei. The values of quadrupole deformation, which correspond to the minimum value of barrier height for the deformed nuclei, grow with growing of masses and charges of interacting nuclei, and values of deformations are identical for symmetric and different for the asymmetrical nuclear systems. The value of quadrupole deformation for more heavy nucleus exceeds the value of quadrupole deformation for more light nucleus. It is found that for all probed systems, most influence on the minimum barrier height value has quadrupole surface deformation, octupole deformation gives a less contribution. Hexadecapole deformation influences insignificantly.
