The purpose - a study sorption capacity of zinc-aluminum LDH intercalated hexacyanoferrate (II) -ions for retrieving Cu(II), Co(II) Pb(II) and U(VI) from aqueous solutions. Main results investigated sorption extraction of toxicants from aqueous solutions by using zinc-aluminum layered double hydroxide intercalated hexacyanoferrate (II)-ions. It was found that the kinetics model psevdosecond order to more accurately describes the process of adsorption of the ions of heavy metals (R2> 0,99). Layered double hydroxide Zn/Al-LDH, intercalated hexacyanoferrate (II) -ions, is a highly promising sorbent for extracting uranium (VI) in a wide pH range (3-9) of different salinity water environments, including of mine water. It was established that limit the adsorption of uranium (VI), calculated from the Langmuir equation, for a given sorbent is 344.83 mkmol/g. Scope - environment protection.
