The purpose of this work was developing of technical recommendations for resource saving technologies during production of engines parts which were produced from titanium alloys with nanocrystalline and microcrystalline structure by forming aerodynamic surfaces using laser treatment of surface layers in aircraft parts. XRD-analysis, optical metalography and average microhardness measurements were used for investigations. Changing in structural and phase state of heat-resistant titanium alloys during laser treatment process was investigated. Regularities of structural transitions and structure specifics were established. For the first time it was shown the possibility of creating the coating of titanium which included carbide of titanium by laser treatment of the samples which were coated by glue layer. It was shown that surface layers in titanium alloys which were produced by powder metallurgy were characterized by low rate of sponginess after laser treatment process. It were developed technical recommendations for improvement of operational characteristics in aircraft parts which were produced from titanium alloys by laser treatment. Obtained results of investigations can be used for developing of technologies for operation durability improvement of parts which were produced from heat-resistant titanium alloys. The scope of investigations are aircraft building, automobile industry and metallurgy.
