The object of study - Management of marine transport of Ukraine. Objective - developing methods and models to improve the management of transport marine systems. The report deals with modern management principles, including features of pricing policies in enterprises of port activity. We have considered the problem of pricing strategies Ukrainian commercial seaports. We investigate the regime for transshipment of container traffic in Ukraine. The report defined investment mechanism as a means of investment policy and strategy of the state and business in the port sector, while maintaining state ownership in the infrastructure of ports. It is proposed to conduct the multivariate sensitivity study investment projects with the multivariate index that can more accurately assess the risk of the project. This study considers production and transport system with two chains deliver products to each market in terms of a combination of chains' criteria profit-profit. We have the theorem that the amount optimum production volumes in the consumer market is not always exceed the amount of equilibrium volumes. In the work performed the optimization with mechanism of discounts on port tariffs and was made the conclusions that the optimal rate of discount increases with increasing of traffic rate flexibility in tariff. In the work were improved methods of analysis and evaluation of the economic potential of the port system in marine transport corridors, based on a systems approach.
