Methods of the study - experimental, biochemical and statistical. For the first time found that the modeling of immunodeficiency, regardless of the etiological factor (cytostatics, corticosteroids, antibiotics, alimentary excess of fat, splenectomy), causes the development of generalized and local (oral) dysbiosis. Experimentally proved development of degenerative inflammatory processes resulting from the presence of local and generalized dysbiosis, particularly, in the oral tissues. Established facts were the theoretical basis for the inclusion antidisbiotic products containing the pro- and prebiotics, immunostimulants or hyaluronic acid in the form of oral gels, in the scheme of therapy of immune deficiency, metabolic syndrome, during treatment with antibiotics and prednisone. Clinical studies of patients with cytostatic immunodeficiency confirmed the high efficiency of the complex preparations "Kvertulin" (per os powder and mucous adhesiveness-gel in the form of applications to the oral mucosa). The technology has been developed and received by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine permission to use fitogeli TU U20.4-13903778-032: 2012: 1. "Kvertgial" with the contents of kvertulin, hyaluronic acid; 2. "Nanogold" with gold nanoparticles; 3. "Kvertulidon" with the contents of kvertulin and Imudon; 4."Lizohit" with the contents of lysozyme, chitosan, quercetin, aminocaproic acid; 5. "Biotrit" containing biotrit; 6. "Grape" containing vine leaf extract; 7. "Symbiter" - with probiotics.
