Established the ability of the polypeptide drug 40IN (vilon) significantly slow down destruction of bone tissue of alveolar process (reduction of the degree of atrophy of the alveolar process, p = 0.02) due to the stimulation of functional activity of osteoblasts and intensification of the process of bone remodeling. In the experiment on the models of parodont in rats has been studied the effect of the injection form of plasma enriched by platelet derived growth factor on processes of tissue regeneration. Studies have shown an intensification of metabolic processes in the gums immediately after the injection form of plasma enriched by platelet derived growth factor (I term - high elastase activity, intensification of lipid peroxidation, increase the contents of hyaluronic acid, p = 0.05) in the alveolar bone (increasing functional osteoblast activity by increasing the activity of alkaline phosphatase, p = 0.001, high activity of acid phosphatase on osteoblast activity). After 3 weeks (II term) regenerative potential plasma enriched platelet growth factors is kept, as indicated by results of biochemical (high content of hyaluronic acid in the gum tissue, p = 0.05; high activity of alkaline phosphatase in the alveolar bone, p = 0.005) and morphological studies. In the experiment in the rats in the model of the bone defect installed capacity of the gel, enriched with platelet growth factors and detseluralized and lyophilized amniotic membrane, accelerate the process of bone regeneration and to ensure complete revascularization of the defect. Confirmed the high therapeutic efficacy of therapeutic and prophylactic series "VIVAXDENT" (toothpaste, balsam, and gel) in treatment of patients with chronic catarrhal gingivitis and generalized periodontitis I-st initial term due to their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects on parodont tissue. Established the high therapeutic effectiveness of the course injecting platelet autoplasma ("Plazmolifting" method) in complex treatment of patients with generalized periodontitis I-II term. Proved therapeutic effectiveness of the injection of plazmogel from platelet autoplasma in complex treatment of patients with generalized periodontitis in the II degree of gravity, since both autologous material plazmogel improves the activation of parodont tissue regeneration.
