Methods: collection of scientific and special methods of scientific knowledge, including logic-dialectical methods of analysis, synthesis and comparative analysis, system analysis method. The research results and their novelty: developed financial stability monitoring based on the Bank and justified system of indicators for monitoring the financial condition of the BBC; identified ways to improve the stability of the BDK to stress by promoting a culture of risk management, stress testing methodology, the development of restructuring plans, harmonization of risk management in the BBC with advanced international standards. Practical value: at the level of state-owned banks - for the improvement of corporate governance, risk management, information disclosure, improve confidence in the banks; at the level of state bodies - improving the efficiency of government investments in the banks, the implementation of national programs of crediting the real sector of the economy. Application field: The results of research will be used in the preparation of regulations and policy documents of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine; in the practical work of the Ministry of Finance Financial Policy Department of Ukraine and the development of innovative mechanisms for crisis management in the field of public finance; researchers and scientists for developing methods to improve the financial stability of the Ukrainian banks.
