Subject of study - modern financial and credit instruments of the international financial institutions, their development and use in Ukraine. Research objective - scientific rational for suggestions and recommendations of Ukraine's cooperation with the international financial institutions in the context of strengthening of basic prerequisites for economic growth and creation of favorable conditions for the restoration and modernization of the economic infrastructure. Research mission - the identification of the most effective ways to implement cooperation with the international financial institutions in the context of economic recovery, rehabilitation of public finances, creating conditions for financial balance' maintenance, and financing of major infrastructure and socially important projects in the public sector. Study methods: generalization, observation and comparison, analysis and synthesis, statistical observations, systematic approach, structural analysis. Comparative analysis of legislative support areas of cooperation with IFIs Ukraine and CIS countries, the results of which recommended to initiate measures to optimize PPA Ukraine in the area MFIs done. Recommendations for a new strategy of cooperation with IFI for the period 2017-2020 provided regarding: detailing the priority areas of cooperation; detail the timing of implementation for the period; introduction of binding to the program documents of the President and Government of the Association Agenda Ukraine - EU Strategy for Ukraine - 2020 Coalition Agreement and Plan of legislative support for reform in Ukraine. A number of measures to improve the institutional framework of cooperation with key IFI proposed, including: improvement of lending procedures, shortening project preparation, ensuring the implementation of, to issue bonds in local currency MFIs; assistance at the regional level to further opening of the regional office of the EBRD and other IFIs key; develop a coordinated and coherent strategy EIB in Ukraine, which should include the priorities and operational goals.
