Purpose - to increase the effectiveness of radiation therapy for patients with resistant forms of cervical cancer through the application of different methods of conformal radiation therapy and himioradiomodifikatoriv and radiobiology research software. The optimal method of CBT using accelerated multifraktsionuvannya dose, as well as classical fractionation radiation dose during treatment himioradiomodifikuyuchih funds (ftorafur, cisplatin) in radiation treatment of patients with resistant forms of cervical cancer MT. The study included 118 patients with resistant forms of cervical cancer treated with concomitant radiation therapy (PPT) and are divided into two main and control groups. I main group consisted of 36 patients with MP cervical cancer who underwent CBT on the classical regime fractionation radiation dose (pelvic summed single focal dose (ROD) of 1.8 Gy up to a total focal dose (ODS) 45 Gy) using radiomodifiers (per ftorafur os 800 mg per day in MP 3.5-4.0 g and cisplatin 50 mg 1 time per week intravenously in diabetes 200-300 mg). In II study group comprised 37 patients with cervical cancer MT, which was carried out with CPT regime accelerated multifraktsionuvannya radiation dose: pelvic summed born December 2 1.3 times a day with an interval of 4:00 to ODS 39 Gy to the tumor center and SOD 45 Gy to the lymph nodes in the pelvis. The control group consisted of 45 patients with MP cervical cancer who underwent classical CBT: pelvic summed 1.8 Gy to 45 Gy. At the II stage of the course PPT patients of all groups of intracavitary brachytherapy was performed on the machine "Gyne Source" Co60 sources of high activity (HDR BT) in RPM mode, 5 December on m. A 2 times a week to the ODS 40 Gy in seven fractions.Radiobiological studies of various modes of CBT showed that the application of the regime accelerated multifraction radiation dose in patients of the main group II decreases 1.4 times the level of unstable chromosome aberrations in peripheral blood lymphocytes of patients after the first session of KPT and 1.2 times upon completion of the course PPT. Developed CBT techniques to improve the immediate results of combined radiation therapy (PPT) patients resistant MP cervical cancer: objective tumor response (complete + partial regression) when conducting CBT in the classic mode fractionation of the radiation dose and the use of radiomodification increased 16.6 %, when using the rapid mode multifraction dose – 20.1% compared with the control group. The absence of excessive toxicity of the developed methods the KPT subject to quality dobrolevo the development and implementation of adequate prevention methods show their effectiveness.
