The purpose of this research is theoretic and methodological reasoning of new tendencies and approaches in Ukrainian studies, lingual expression of manipulative strategy of positive including social aspects of communication; finding out and summarizing the main tendencies of Greek-Catholic Church's educational doctrine development and showing stages of its implementation; complex comparative studying and summarizing of Ukrainian culture's peculiarities and tendencies in informational society period, learning the ethnic and national policy of Ukrainian authority; showing the evolution of main (political, social, economic, scientific, technical, humanitarian) trends of joint Czech and Ukrainian cooperation in the European integration context, as well as role of Ukrainian Diaspora in keeping of national identity; determination of role of Ukrainian Credit Co-operation in social life and economy of Eastern Galicia in the last third of the XIX - in the beginning of the XX century; explanation of specialties of settling in Ternopil region and adaptation of Ukrainians deported from Poland in 1944-1947; reception of works and personalities of prominent people in Ukrainian and World culture; analyzing of Bogdan Lepkyy's cultural inheritance and mission of Ukrainian Diaspora. Research methods: critical analysis, comparative analysis of main principles of scientific literature according to investigated themes; methodological analysis of main terms and conceptions, abstraction, classification, descriptive method, generalization, qualitative and quantitative estimation, theoretical analysis of main stages of investigation, discourse analysis, chronological, historical, statistic and analytical methods. The general findings are: the diversity of modern political, cultural and language aspects and problems in modern Ukrainian society were discussed; linguistic research of manipulative strategy of positive gives possibilities to create an effective advertising and makes good contexts for successful human communication; studying of collected materials refines and makes an essential supplements to general knowledge about integrative processes in Central and Eastern Europe, modern stage of Czech and Ukrainian collaboration, shows role of Ukrainian Diaspora in keeping of a national identity; theoretical conclusions could be used for further studying of main principles of ethnic state policy and national interests of Ukrainian citizens, prognostication in this spheres; they are also useful for further scientific researches in history of Ukraine (especially Western Ukraine and Galicia), Linguistics, Cultural Studies and learning Arts (History of Ukraine, Ukrainian, Social Communications, Cultural Studies).
