The subject of the research is the analysis of professional language under the existing processes of communication from the view-point of theoretic & methodological basics of communicative linguistics. The object of research is communicative linguistics being linked not only to traditional linguistics but also to such newest linguistic notions as communication, interaction, communicative activity, information, code de lingua, verbal and non-verbal communication tools as well as their communicative contents. The research project investigates both the problems of categorization of communicative units with intrinsic semantics, syntax and pragmatics and is to be the first which reveals the problems of theory of intercultural communication in the of academic economic discourse, identifying its theoretical significance. Necessity of establishing of the speaker's "communicative portfolio" which contains partial or entire elements of the declared notions establishes the relevance of the research. The novelty can be seen in the fact that nowadays it is likely to be the first fruitful group scientific attempt to combine the prospect directions of modern linguistic and methodological studies via the prism of unified strategy of teaching professional foreign language.
