The architecture of the working project management system for information technology for analysis of groundwater spatial dynamics in geological media is developed. Template of the working project and the basic software modules to work with projects, organized according to this template, are developed. The subsystem for calculation sequence control of finite element solver Nadra-3D is expanded.
