Тhe technology of high-quality goods for bone implants were carried out, as well as rods from Ti–1Si–18Nb alloy with 12,5 mm diameter and 1500 mm long were prepared. At the durability of novel alloy equal to durability of WT6 alloy modulus of elasticity was decreased which resulted a mechanical compatibility of prepared good was similar to bone tissue. The novel technologies of nanostructured and two-phase bioactive ceramics with different destribution and architecture of pores as well as antibacterial properties were developed. The different coatings from developed ceramics were prepared too. The different goods fron these ceramics were prepared and their physicochemical, mechanіcal and antibacterial properties were investigated. Bioactive ceramics became a base for preparing hybrid implants (namely calciumphosphate ceramics – recipient cell) for using in perspective trend such as regenerative medicine.
