PS-17 - immobilization in Ca-alginate or cryogel were selected. It was established that Pseudomonas sp. PS-17 cells, immobilized in Ca-alginate or cryogel, increase the synthesis of the rhamnolipids by 12-20% if compared with free cells. Optimal conditions for the cultivation of the immobilized cells were determined. The soluble forms based on the new biologically active derivatives of thiophenes and oxazoles with preservation of their activity in ultra micro heterogeneous media with biosurfactants at concentrations from 0,001?10-6 to 0,1?10-6 g/ml were obtained. The addition of biocomplex PS in concentrations 0,6-3,3 g/l to aqueous solutions containing alkaloid-free fraction of Galega officinalis L. extract, promotes the formation of stable emulsions A hypoglycemic effect of the investigated medicinal substances was shown, which has been expressed to a greater extent with the application of a stabilized form of the preparation (alkaloid-free fraction from Galega officinalis L. extract with biosurfactant). The stable suspensions of yac?n powder with biosurfactant in a concentration 0.00001 g/ml were obtained. The addition of biocomplex PS to the solution containing dry powders of Basidiomycetes Ganoderma lucidum and Agaricus brasiliensis, promoted the formation of more stable suspensions of medicinal substances. It was established that biosurfactants can fully replace synthetic surfactants in the production of new efficient low-toxic and non-allergic pharmaceutical agents.
