In order to achieve the goal of study the investigation of interface interaction in the "TiB2 - (Fe-Mo)", "TiB2 - (Ni-Cr-B-Si -C)", " (Ti, Cr) B2 - AlN) - Ni-Al-Cr " systems and the mechanisms of composite materials structure formation was carried out. The principles of self-fluxing alloy-based composite powder materials development are following: during liquid-phase sintering in a vacuum the interface interaction between self-fluxing alloy and refractory compound should leads to the formation of new hard phases in the metal matrix that improve substantially wear resistance of composite gas-thermal sprayed coatings.
