It is established that the application for retinopexy high-frequency electric welding of biological tissues eliminates endotamponade of vitreous cavity by gas-air mixture in 30% of cases after vitrectomy in patients with reghmatogenous retinal detachment that according reduces the frequency of performance phacoemulsification by 20% (patent of Ukraine № 69528). It is established that the use of high-frequency electric welding of biological tissues (parameters: voltage 24-30 V, current - 0.3 A, frequency - 66,0 kHz exposure - up to 1.0 seconds) during resection of angioma in patients withVon Hyppel- Lindau disease avoids bleeding from vessels in all cases due to the obliteration of the lumen of blood vessels in the areas of application of welding probe, accompanied by an increase in visual acuity in 40% of cases (patent of Ukraine №97579). The method of endoresection of uveal melanoma using for haemostasis the method of high-frequency electric biological tissues, allowing to achieve intraoperative haemostasis in all cases and organ safe effect in 90.5% of cases in terms of more than 2 years (Patent of Ukraine №73907). In the model of intraocular haemorrhage found that of high-frequency electric biological tissues monopolar probe parameters: -18-20 voltage V, current up to 0,1 A exposition - 1-2 seconds, the frequency of 66 kHz, can stop bleeding in 67% of cases and provides reliable haemostasis - the duration of bleeding in average (1,8 ± 1,7) s at the intersection of major vessels of the retina rabbit, while after diathermocoagulation duration of bleeding was (13,6 ± 2,4) s. The use of high-frequency electric biological tissues (modified generator EC-300M1) the parameters - voltage - 18-20 V, current up to 0.1 A, 1.2 sec exposure, the frequency of 66 kHz causes coagulation of great vessels of the retina and the obliteration of their lumen the phenomena of coagulation necrosis of the retina in the impact, while the much smaller degree than in diathermocoagulation (power - 10 W, frequency 365 kHz, exposure 1-2 seconds). The experiment found that high-frequency electric welding of biological tissues of parameters: voltage of 14-16 V, current up to 0,1 A exposition - 1-2 seconds, frequency 66 kHz provides increased chorioretinal adhesion immediately after exposure to electric current more than 2-times compared with control group - efforts to lead the retina averaged 224 mg, whereas the control group averaged 105 mg.
