The aim of the research is to establish mutuality between anisotropy degree of green samples and alloy milling parameters, pressing kind and pressure. X-ray phase analysis and textures evaluation by x-ray diffraction were used. Powders with magneto anisotropic particles were investigated: the induction melted alloy (I) and melt-spinning alloy (S); a copper wheel surface speed equals 16 m/s. The alloy I was milled with frequency 200 and 300 rpm during 1 h; with frequency 500 and 600 rpm during 2 h. The alloy S was milled with frequency 100, 200 and 300 rpm during 12 h. An axial and isostatic pressing were used under 1, 2 and 5 t/cm2 pressure. The alloy I green samples, after milling with frequency 200 and 300 rpm during 1 h and isostatic pressing, have the highest texture parameter equal ~(18-38) %. The green sample texture parameter versus pressure has maximum. The alloy S powder green samples are magneto isotropic after isotropic pressing. Both alloy I and alloy S green samples are isotropic after axis pressing.5481 Product Description popup.authors Борух Ігор Володимирович Кононюк Олександр Петрович Пилат Михайло Володимирович popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
