Algorithms of calculation of dynamic loading of elements of parts of robot are developed for the subsequent engineering estimation of reliability of system. The inclusion of energy storage to electric propulsion system and using of the proposed new control method may lead to an increase in payload mass of transfer vehicle. The new way of tether deployment is recommended. 4.New methods are proposed for stability investigation of oscillations of mechanical systems with impulse effect which take into account the structure of gyroscopic, dissipative and potential forces. In critical cases, after the system of perturbed motion differential equations is reduced to the normal form, it is reasonable to apply direct Lyapunov method, for which efficient ways of constructing auxiliary functions are developed. The example of coupled generators of electromagnetic oscillations (nonlinear three-dimensional systems) characterized by different inertial properties, is used to establish conditions of new motions occurrence at synchronization.
