The study is the development and optimization of technological processes of synthesis and the formation of bulk materials on the basis of multi-compound system Ag-Pb-Sb-Te (LAST) for thermoelectric modules, operating in the temperature range 300-850? K. The tasks are aimed at solving the project: - Development of an efficient synthesis technology and method of obtaining massive cermet materials based on compounds of Ag-Pb-Sb-Te; - Installation options depending bulk thermoelectric material temperature synthesis, annealing, chemical composition and the conditions of their production; - determine optimal operating temperature regimes bulk materials; - optimization technology for bulk composite materials based on compounds the system Ag-Pb-Sb-Te for thermoelectric modules for special purposes.
