Characteristics of voltage-depended Kv3.1/Kv3.2 potassium current were determined. It was shown that hexamethonium inhibit relatively high amplitude (40-100 pA) ongoing postsynasptic currents in 60% of RGC. It was established that at experimentally-induced diabetes in rat RGCs resting membrane potential, amplitude and frequency of ongoing postsynaptic currents are reduced. Keywords: retinal ganglion cells, voltage-dependent current, ongoing activity, nicotinic acetylcholine receptors, experimentally-induced diabetes. Product Description popup.authors Веселовська Н.М.
