It was shown that lymphoma cells of the animals of the control group (C) and those on the diet (group D), did not differ in the activity of pyruvatkinase. Administration of metformin or glibenclamide to the animals caused the decrease of the enzymatic activity. At the same time the activities of hexokinase and phosphofructokinase in the lymphoma cells of the animals of group D were lower compared to the control group. Concomitant administration of glibenclamide and metformin resulted in a significant decrease of the hexokinase activity and increase of the phosphofructokinase to the level of control. The respiratory activity of the lymphoma cells was on the level of sensitivity of the used device and did not significantly differ in the animals of the different groups. It was shown that the content of ATP in the lymphoma cells of the animals of group D was higher compared to the control, administration of glibenclamide and metformin to mice significantly reduced this parameter in lymphoma cells. It was found that the transfer of the animals on the diet and using of metformin caused a decrease of lactate concentration in the ascetic fluid of mice, whereas glibenclamide increased this parameter.
