The experimental studies of processes of dopant diffusion with taking into account the influence of quasielectric field in solid mixture were perfomed. Laser technology of obtaining modified nanopowder oxide materials and structures based on them with the study of their sensory characteristics was developed. Obtaining results can be used in the technologies of functional materials and nanomaterials design for the needs of aerospace and mechanical engineering, civil engineering, electronics and medicine.
