A study of spectral optical properties of AlN films in a range of 2-200 micron wavelength, transmissions in the microwave range 2-36 GHz, and also at 140, 279 GHz were conducted. Transmission these composite structures in the microwave range reached ~ 85-90%. In the spectral range ~ 5-20 micron data of structure in certain technological modes and AlN layer thicknesses can significantly reduce the transmission of infrared radiation, which has a maximum spectral emissivity of at ~10 microns (T = 300 K). In the same time, they can be used as transparent filters in the microwave region, which is an important for low-temperature detector components in instrument navigation, positioning and telecommunications.
