The aim of the work was development and production of matrices DCCEAM of 640x512 format, development of methods and apparatus for measuring DCCEAM parameters, making such apparatus, design and manufacture of printed electronic boards of control and video signal processing, design and fabrication of supersensitive camera, and its characteristics research. As the result of the research work, a prototype of ultrasensitive camera of technical vision in the visible and infra-red spectrum based on the matrix DCCEAM has been developed and manufactured for the first time in Ukraine. The cameras on the basis of DCCEAM-matrices can be used for state border protection, airports, bridges and tunnels, military equipment for transport management in conditions of super-low illumination, facilities detection and identification, weapon aiming means.
