For the Kharkiv region the determining factors of competitiveness are factors of human development and innovative technology.It is established that the Kharkiv region in comparison with other regions of Ukraine has the high level of development of human potential, keeps the leading line items in the industry. The agrarian sector is rather developed. Kharkiv region occupies one of the leading places on indicators of an innovative investment potential. However the region is characterized by considerable territorial differentiation of indicators human, economic, an innovative investment potential.
