Research work is devoted to definition of indicators and estimates of productivity of process management; to development of the system of an assessment and criteria of efficiency of processes of activity of a higher educational establishment; to creation of mathematical models of the main processes of activity of a higher educational establishment. The purpose of research work is research of process approach to the organization of a control system of activity of a higher educational establishment, modeling of the main processes of activity of higher education establishment under uncertainty of the economic environment. Object of research are processes of management of a higher educational establishment. An object of research is theoretical, methodological and practical bases of modeling of activity of a higher educational establishment on the basis of process approach to management. The theory and a technique of research are based on fundamental provisions of the theory of process management. Scientific novelty consists in: improvement of scientific and methodical approach to creation of graphic model of a network of processes of activity of a higher educational establishment; theoretical justification of features of introduction of the principles of the International ISO 9000 standard at development of the system of quality management of activity of a higher educational establishment as social and economic system; development of methodical bases of the structural analysis of a network of processes of a higher educational establishment regarding the analysis of quantitative and qualitative structure of communications between suppliers of resources and consumers of educational, scientific and other services of a higher educational establishment in a method of quasiminors. Separate scientific results of research found reflection in practical activities and are used in educational process by preparation and teaching the courses "The science of risk", "Systems of Processing of Economic Information", "System Analysis", "Modeling of System Characteristics in Economy", "Technique of Teaching Information Systems and Technologies in Economy in Higher Education Establishment" for students of higher education establishment of Ukoopspilka "Poltava university of economics and trade".
