The purpose of research work is design, development, research and the analysis of systems of monitoring of processes in social and economic systems under uncertainty of the economic environment; information support of systems of monitoring, diagnostics and control. Object of research are systems of monitoring of non-productive processes in social and economic systems. An object of research is theoretical, methodological and practical bases of monitoring, diagnostics and control of indicators of non-productive processes. The theory and a technique of research are based on fundamental provisions of the theory of statistical management of processes. Scientific novelty consists in: identification and theoretical justification of characterologic features of non-productive processes in the sphere of the higher education; to development of methodological approach to formation of system of monitoring; to development of the principles of formation of system of nominal values of key indicators of efficiency of processes; to development of the concept of creation of expert system of monitoring, diagnostics and control of processes; improvement of scientific and methodical approach to a choice like chart of behavior of process; developments of theoretical bases of formation of the generalized model of management of social and economic system under information uncertainty; developments of scientific and methodical approaches to definition of tools of statistical management of processes. Some scientific results of research found reflection in practical activities and are used in educational process by preparation and teaching the courses "The science of risk", "Systems of Processing of Economic Information", "System Analysis", "Modeling of System Characteristics in Economy", "Technique of Teaching Information Systems and Technologies in Economy in Higher Education Establishment" for students of higher education establishment of Ukoopspilka "Poltava university of economics and trade".
