The scanning polarimeter ScanPol and multispectral imager-polarimeter MSIP are created for a study from the space the distribution and physical properties of aerosol particles and clouds in the atmosphere of Earth by measuring the polarization and spectral properties of scattered Sun radiation. Development and tuning of layout of ScanPol polarimeter has been provided. Methodology of polarimetric calibration was worked out. Initial technical requirements to multispectral imager-polarimeter MSIP were developed. Technical requirements are prepared and the computer design of ScanPol and MSIP construction have been developed with the purpose of installing of these instruments on the YuzhSat satellite platform. Conception of algorithm of aerosol parameters determination was deverloped. Methodology of the use of algorithm of GRASP is developed for the retieving of aerosol parameters at different particle content. The revision of validation and calibration of the polarimetric measurements of aerosol is continued to develop for groundbased support of space experiment using the data from AERONET stations and lidar observations.
