Technology is based on realization of scenario-pedagogical method of planning in the certain modern multimedia internet-oriented environment as the automated designer of local trainers, use of graphic specifications of all constituents of trainer with the use of standard graphic diagrams of compatible language of UML, to development of models of separate knots as the problem-oriented blocks et cetera. The order of the use and basic component technologies is worked out in detail. Technology is an instrument of construction of the trainer systems by forces of specialists of industry without bringing in to this process of specialists-programmers. Technology is used now in technological organization for the construction of the in-plant trainer systems which work on electric substations of Ukraine.
