Study based on the decisions of the stochastic Langevin equations. Created a theoretical model and calculations of accelerating the diffusion of defects in different conditions. It is shown that diffusion in a low dissipation factor systems can be enhanced by many orders by selecting the required amplitude and frequency of the external field. The frequency dependence of the gain under the influence of the diffusion fields of different amplitudes was determined. At low frequencies, the diffusion coefficient of the same as a diffusion coefficient for a constant field, while at high frequencies, the diffusion coefficient decreases as the degree of frequency. The temperature dependence of the gain of the diffusion for different values of the field amplitude at a fixed frequency of the external field was studied. It is shown that if amplitudes exceed the critical level then in the temperature dependence there is dependence of temperature and anomalous diffusion region (TAD). A comparison of gain diffusion fields with different waveform was done. It is shown that both qualitatively and on the current level, the results for the sinusoidal field close to the results obtained for the rectangular field. It is concluded that the waveform does not substantially affect the temperature dependence of the diffusion and the field frequency.
