New methods for random and pseudo-random signals generation have been proposed along with new algorithms for the digital generation and processing of these signals. New antennas with pattern synthesizing and noise ground synthetic aperture radars have developed and tested. They have been used for three-dimensional images generation in 8-mm and 4-mm waveband, which laid the foundations of the noise radar tomography. Bistatic radiometer was proposed and developed for radiometric imaging in the range-azimuth coordinates. New methods for random and pseudo-random signals digital generation have been suggested for application in radar and wireless communication systems. Precise optical micro-distance meter have been created on the basis of spectral interferometry method and usage of high-brightness LEDs. Regular and chaotic dynamics of currents in simple and compound semiconductor structures was studied. Product Description popup.authors Земляний О.В. Максимов П.П. Нурмагамбетов О.Ю. Татьянко Д.М.
